Helping Vermonters Rebuild, Belong, and Thrive.

What is Vermont Workforce Collaborative?

Vermont Workforce Collaborative is a nonprofit dedicated to helping Vermonters overcome barriers to employment and build lasting stability. Through community partnerships, practical resources, and workforce-focused programs, we create stronger pathways to opportunity for individuals and families across Vermont.

The Reentry to Workforce Pilot is Vermont Workforce Collaborative’s first direct-service initiative. The pilot will support justice-involved youth and adults in Orleans, Essex, and Caledonia counties as they work toward employment, training, greater stability, and long-term success.

Through individualized planning, practical assistance, and strong community partnerships, participants will receive support addressing immediate barriers, preparing for employment or education, and connecting with meaningful opportunities. The pilot will initially serve 5–10 participants at no cost, allowing the organization to build a thoughtful, effective model that can expand across Vermont over time.
